Join the In-N-Out Burger Cover to Cover Club Reading Program. The program runs from March 2, 2024, to April 13, 2024. For every 5 books or 300 minutes read, children between the ages of 4 and 12, will receive a cover-to-cover club achievement award good for a free hamburger or cheeseburger.

Hollywood Event
Tuesday, April 9 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM

Preschool Storytime
Thursday, April 11 at 11:30 AM

This engaging storytime includes stories, songs, rhymes, and more. A letter of the alphabet is featured each session to help familiarize children with the letters of the alphabet and the sounds they make.

Scavenger Hunt
Ongoing from Monday, April 15 – Sunday, April 21

Find some of your favorite classic characters hidden throughout the children’s section of the library. Pick up your scavenger hunt list at the children’s desk. There will be a special incentive for those who complete all tasks!

Special STEAM Craft
Wednesday, April 17 at 4:30 PM

Exercise both sides of your brain with an awesome STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) craft!

Toddler Boot Camp
Mondays at 11:30 AM

These are early learning programs that introduce literacy to our youngest library visitors, which include songs, concept storybooks (i.e., shapes, colors, etc.), and lots of movement! These programs range from 30-60 minutes and are designed for highly active children.

Craft Corner
Mondays at 4:30 PM

This craft program is designed for children between the ages of 6 and 11 who enjoy creating crafts (many of which follow a season, holiday, or special unique theme).

Movers and Shakers
Tuesdays at 11:30 AM

Little Artists
Tuesdays at 4:30 PM

This craft program is designed for little ones who are learning to improve their fine motor skills in a creative way.

Mature Drivers Education (18+)
Wednesdays from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

A 6-week preparation course for seniors needing to take the DMV written exam. participants will take several practice tests and be issued a letter of completion at the end of the course.

Learn-Ology Lab: A STEM Program

This hands-on program incorporates interactive STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) projects! Designed for children ages 6-11, participants will enjoy learning, building, and creating.

Join us for this wonderful program where you can practice your reading skills on nonjudgmental listeners: dogs! Therapy dogs come into our library to listen to you read, and they love hearing stories.

Adult Paint Event
