Movers and Shakers
Tuesdays at 11:15 AM
These are early learning programs that introduce literacy to our youngest library visitors, which include songs, concept storybooks (i.e., shapes, colors, etc.), and lots of movement!
Preschool Storytime
Tuesdays at 12:30 PM
This engaging storytime includes stories, songs, rhymes, and more. A letter of the alphabet is featured each session to help familiarize children with the letters of the alphabet and the sounds they make.
Construction Zone: LEGO
Mondays at 4:00 PM
Participants will engage in fun LEGO challenges!
First Chapter Book Club
Wednesdays at 4:00 PM
This program is intended for families searching for an engaging, memorable family read-aloud. Each week, program leads will be reading the first chapter of classic chapter books in hopes of entrancing you with its lovable characters and exciting plot.
Basic Internet
Thursdays at 3:00 PM
This program is intended for adults who wish to learn an introduction to using the Internet (e.g. How to use a web browser, how to search on a search engine, how to set up an email address, how to draft an email, etc.)
Adult Book Club
Tuesday, August 13 and September 10 at 3:30 PM
Adults will gather to discuss the selection of the month.
The Lake Arrowhead Comic Convention
Tuesday, August 20 from 4:00 PM-5:30 PM
If you love comic books and manga or are just starting out in those, come in and celebrate them! Feel free to come in costume, and don’t forget to check out 10 items for a fun incentive!
Wild About Reading Event

Join us for a celebration of one of the most beloved books of all time, Where the Wild Things Are! We will have a puppet show as well as some fun crafts to make you feel wild!
